This is a small hanging decoration cast in bronze, featuring St Brigid's Cross, the best known and loved of Ireland's female saints. St Brigid is associated with many holy wells and with the cross traditionally woven from reeds each 1st February. It was then hung over the door to protect the house and family. Measures 3"x3" (7.5x7.5cm). An inexpensive little gift, made in Ireland.
