Here's a new collection of gorgeous scarves, perfect for men and women. Named after the Blasket Islands, which are are a group of islands off the beautiful west coast of Ireland, forming part of County Kerry. They are expertly handwoven, in the Weaver's Workshop at Muckros House, Killarney, Co. Kerry, from a yarn that is spun from a blend of pure new wool and mohair. As you'd imagine, this makes them really soft, light and warm - a great gift idea.
We are a family business that began back in 1995.
Initially we specialised in traditional Irish knitwear and Irish collarless grandad shirts, as well as a few other ranges of Irish clothing and Irish gifts.
We still do this but over the years we have expanded our range of craft products considerably and from our website base, Irish Inspiration, in Bridgnorth, Shropshire send them to many happy and satisfied customers all over the world.
