Very much an Irish craft product of rural Ireland, but still very contemporary and always a favourite. The gorgeous natural colours reflect the Irish landscape and way of life.

Being a square shaped sweater it has a lovely comfortable and relaxed fit. Cosy, warm and with a wonderful texture the gorgeous yarns used are the same as for the famous Donegal Tweed and have little flecks of colour within them. The knitting may be traditional but the sweater is bang up to date keeping that tradition alive. A perfect Irish gift for someone who appreciates a bit of Irish comfort and style!

Rathlin Donegal Tunic Irish Sweater

Irish Woollen Walking Socks-100% Jacobs Sheep Wool

These Connemara socks are made from the fleece of the Jacob sheep, a two or four-horned animal with a thick fleece in patches of dark brown and cream.

The dark brown and cream wool is gathered carefully by hand and is then spun in different percentages to produce a range of totally natural colour, ranging from cream through every shade of dark grey, light grey and peat.

The Jacob sock is all natural, with no dying or bleaching involved in the process, making it an exceptionally hardwearing and long lasting sock. The socks themselves are fully fashioned which means they are knitted to the shape of the foot (there's none of that great 'clump' of wool around the toes!!) for great long lasting comfort. They are ideal for walking, hiking, rambling, shooting and just about any other great outdoors activity - especially in Connemara on the beautiful West Coast of Ireland!

They are now available in two sizes - UK4-7(EUR 37-41 or US 5.5-8.5) which is an ideal size women or kids and UK 8-11 (EUR 42-46 or US 8.5-11.5).
